Welcome to Nidal Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are an AI-powered film and creative studio specializing in the creation of films for our own projects as well as advertisements, short films, branded content, and video messages for clients (“Services”).
By accessing our website, platforms, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
Any information you provide to us is accurate and complete
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide clear, lawful, and accurate project requirements
Ensure that any materials, references, logos, scripts, or assets you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
Obtain all necessary permissions, releases, or licenses for people, brands, locations, or intellectual property featured in the content
We are not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
Creative Control & AI Usage
- Creative outcomes may vary due to the nature of AI-assisted production
Final creative decisions, including style, pacing, visuals, and edits, remain with the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing
AI-generated elements may be influenced by prompts, datasets, and creative direction and may not always produce identical results
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variability of AI-generated content.
Intellectual Property Rights
Studio-Owned Projects:
All films and content created for our own studio projects remain the sole property of NIDAL STUDIO, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Client Projects:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights to the final delivered content for the agreed purpose
Raw files, project files, AI models, prompts, workflows, and behind-the-scenes materials remain the property of the studio
Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects (including client work) for portfolio, marketing, awards, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.
Payments & Refunds
All pricing, payment schedules, and deliverables will be agreed upon before project commencement
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms
Due to the creative and AI-driven nature of our work, refunds are not guaranteed once production has started
Revisions will be charge extra
Any failure to clear outstanding dues within the time specified on the invoice shall attract a late payment charge of 5% per week.
Revisions & Delivery
Revision limits, timelines, and formats will be defined per project
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to creative, technical, or AI-processing factors
Prohibited Use
You agree not to request or use our Services for:
Illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Defamation, hate speech, or harassment
Deepfakes or impersonation without explicit consent
Content that violates local or international laws or platform policies
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that violates these principles.
Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared between the studio and the client for project purposes will be treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted by written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nidal Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service
We do not guarantee commercial success, audience response, or platform performance of any content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:
These Terms are violated
Payments are not made as agreed
The project becomes unlawful or unethical
Upon termination, completed work up to that point may be delivered at our discretion.
Third-Party Platforms
Our content may be distributed on third-party platforms (e.g., social media, streaming services). We are not responsible for platform policies, removals, monetization decisions, or algorithmic performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
